Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our return policy is a little different from physical stores.

Please read the details below to understand how refunds and cancellations work for digital downloads and future services.

Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

All digital products — including guides, plans, worksheets, and resets — are non‑refundable.

Once a digital file is delivered, it cannot be returned-exchanged, and access cannot be revoked. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for digital purchases.

If you purchased a digital product and feel it wasn’t the right fit, please reach out. I’m happy to offer a discount on another product so you can find something that supports you better.

Monthly Services (Future Offering)

For monthly coaching or wellness support subscriptions:

• You may cancel within the first 7 days of your billing cycle.
• You will receive a 75% refund of the monthly fee.
• 25% is retained to cover time, preparation, and administrative processing already completed for your month.

After the first 7 days, the month is considered active and non‑refundable.

Package‑Based Services (Future Offering)

For multi‑session or multi‑week packages:

• You may cancel within 7 days of purchase.
• You will receive a 75% refund of the package price.
• 25% is retained for planning, onboarding, and time already allocated.

If any sessions have already been completed within those 7 days, the value of completed sessions will also be deducted from the refund.

After 7 days, packages are non‑refundable.
