1. Ayurvedic Living

Ayurveda looks at two layers — your natural constitution (prakriti) and your current imbalance (vikriti).

Brioveda separates them so you get clarity, not contradictions.

Most quizzes mix them, which leads to confusing results.

For Ayurvedic living, you need to know your Prakriti – which is Dosha you born with and Vikriti – which is your current Dosha status.

Your Prakriti will not change much, however your Vikriti changes according to changing weather, age, lifestyle, food habits, environment, stress levels, etc.

Think of Vikriti as your current Dosha and Prakriti as your fallback Dosha. Vikriti fluctuates based on environmental factors a bit; whenever one dosha gets dominant, you see the symptoms.

Once you know your Prakriti and Vikriti, know more about dominant Dosha and the ways to ease it:

You may simply search the symptom or topic you want to know about, in top right search.

2. Mindful Living

These aren’t big routines or strict protocols; they’re comforting, doable practices that meet you where you are and help your system feel a little lighter, cooler, or more grounded—one small ritual at a time.

Small, soothing rituals you can try right away.

Each one is designed to support a specific symptom — from low energy to overwhelm — using simple Ayurvedic principles.
