Health conditions

Here are a few such conditions:

  • Mild Digestive Issues
  • Stress and Mild Anxiety
  • Seasonal Allergies
  • Mild Joint Discomfort
  • Mild Hypertension or High Cholesterol
  • Sleep Disturbances

These approaches work best when tailored to your unique constitution (prakriti) and imbalances (vikriti).

Herbs & their uses

  • Ayurveda is heavily focused on use of herbs due to their medicinal properties.
  • Herbs play a vital role in promoting health by supporting the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
  • Many contain bioactive compounds that can soothe inflammation, boost immunity, or aid digestion, acting as gentle yet powerful allies in managing symptoms.
  • For instance, tulsi may help relieve respiratory issues, while turmeric is known to ease joint pain and swelling.
  • Instead of merely masking discomfort, herbs often work to restore internal balance, making them valuable tools in both prevention and holistic care.
  • With mindful use, they offer nature’s wisdom in every leaf and root.

Foods & their properties

  • Food is powerful—it can be nourishing, healing, or, in some cases, aggravating depending on the individual and the condition.
  • For example: Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and supports joint health, but in excess, it may irritate the stomach or thin the blood, which can be risky before surgery.
  • This dual nature of food highlights the importance of personalized nutrition—what heals one person may harm another.
