  • How do we charge coaching service?
    Coaching service is charged monthly and charged in last 10 days of previous month.
  • Is Coaching fee refundable?
    No, as it takes time to process service charges and cancel it – we can not refund current month’s charge.
  • Can I cancel Coaching subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel it anytime. Any coaching subscription should be canceled at least 10 days prior starting of next month. For example, if you want to cancel it from next month, you should cancel it by 20th of current month.
  • How many months this subscription is for?
    12 months, you can cancel it anytime. I just kept 12 months length to make it easier for me and clients both – no need to subscribe or enroll every month.
  • Any other option to this 12 month subscription?
    Yes, if you are note sure if this is for you – you can try sample month downloadable – FREE. Or purchase downloadable coaching products as you need (will be added soon).
  • Do I need to follow a strict diet? No. We focus on awareness, balance, and sustainable habits โ€” not rigid rules.
  • How long should I stay in a plan? Most clients stay minimum 6 months, but you can switch or upgrade anytime.
  • Is this therapy? No. Coaching supports habit change and lifestyle improvement, not mental health treatment.
  • Do you offer video sessions?
    Noโ€” not available as of now, can consider special request.
  • Can I join with a friend or group? Yes โ€” the Custom Plan is designed for groups of 5+, it may offer discount.
